Happy Valley Clubhouse Extension
A new clubhouse extension of 13-storeys at Happy Valley. The scope is to demonstrate the design intend, identify clashes and provide 3D solutions; to perform 4D simulation to illustrate the construction sequence and compare the planned works against actual works; also to produce BIM models which align with HKJC BIM Standard.
