A multi-functional building in university Hung Hom campus, will connect the surrounding building (Innovation Tower) in the future. BIM model for all discipline will be set up in Revit, clash detection done in Glue as other projects. The as-built model to be collected from contractor, after run through the COBie system, the model will be transfer to EcoDomus and Maximo for facility management.
